​Job Summary
The Dubois County Bombers are seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as our Director of Thirst Aid & Bar Strategy in 2026—a critical new role responsible for helping fans navigate one of the toughest decisions they’ll face at each game:
What should I drink…and where should I get it without waiting forever?
With multiple stadium bars and nearly 100 drink options—including beers, seltzers, cocktails, wine slushies, and much more, this role exists to bring clarity, confidence, and speed to thirsty fans.

Primary Responsibilities

• Advise fans on beverage and bar selections based on personal preference, weather, inning, and overall vibe.
• Provide real-time bar strategy, directing fans to the shortest lines and fastest paths to cold beverages.
• Monitor bar congestion throughout the stadium and make confident recommendations such as:
  • “Go two bars down.”
  • “Trust me, not this one.”
  • “Worth the wait…or absolutely not.”
• Serve as the stadium’s leading expert on “What drink should I order right now?”
• Help fans overcome analysis paralysis caused by too many great drink options.
• Offer opinions loudly and confidently—accuracy optional.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+.
• Strong decision-making skills when others are overwhelmed by choices.
• Comfortable having opinions about beer, wine, cocktails, and slushies — even if those opinions change game-to-game and/or inning-to-inning.
• Ability to assess bar lines from a distance and declare, “That one’s shorter.”
• Prior experience being the friend who always says, “I’ll just tell you what to order,” preferred.
• No formal beverage certifications required (but confidence is mandatory).
