Rick Parr
Rick Parr brings a lifetime of baseball experience to the Bombers. Drafted in the 7th round by the Boston Red Sox in 1977, Parr played in the Red Sox minor league system for three years and earned player of the month award in June 1978 with the Winston-Salem Red Sox. During his time with the Red Sox he had the fortune to play with Wade Boggs and be coached by the legendary Ted Williams.

In 1979, he began his coaching career with stops at John Logan JC, Shawnee JC, and Greenville College before becoming Head Coach at Indiana University Southeast (IUS) in 1985 where he won 478 games in 18 years. A graduate of Silver Creek High School (IN), Parr earned a Bachelors Degree in 1983 from Greenville College and a Masters Degree in Education from IUS in 1991.

Rick will begin his first year of managing the Bombers after coaching the team in 2005 and the latter part of 2006. He has a tremendous knowledge of the game and enthusiasm that is second to none.

Aaron Clarke
Aaron Clarke begins his first year as Pitching Coach of the Bombers after spending the past two summers as one of the mainstays of the Bomber pitching staff. Working out of the bullpen he led the team in appearances with 16 and in 2005 and 15 in 2006.
Aaron played his collegiate ball at University of Southern Indiana and was an honorable mention Academic All State while lettering in baseball and basketball at Madisonville-North Hopkins High School in Madisonville, KY compiling a combined W-L record of 17-3 in his Junior and Senior seasons.

Dubois County Bombers Players
This yearÂ’s team is comprised of 24 players who will represent many different university or college baseball programs. Some of these players will be used as instructors to help teach and demonstrate the fundamentals of the game.
