Corporate/Promotional Nights
What could be better than your business sponsoring a Dubois County Bombers baseball game?
We have two ways that businesses can promote themselves and show their support for the
Bombers. First is through a corporate night. For $1000 corporations will get the equivalent Group Ticket rate plus the following:

• 3 Public Address Announcements during the game promoting your business and recognizing your sponsorship of the game.
  
• At the end of the previous home game we will announce the upcoming game and recognize your business as the sponsor.
  
• You can select 2 boys/girls (at least 8 years of age) to be used as "batboys" during the game.
  
• You will have your choice of theme music between innings (management discretion).
  
• You select the person to throw out the ceremonial first pitch and receive a signed baseball by all Bomber players and coaches.
  
• You can put up banners or displays throughout out the ballpark (management discretion).
  
• You can provide a person(s) to sing the National Anthem before the game and Take Me Out to the Ballgame or God Bless America during the 7th inning stretch.
  
• Recognition on our web site and a link to your business' website.
  
• Opportunity with between inning events to recognize special employees or clients.
  
• During warm-ups prior to pre-game infield/outfield practice, players can wear your T-shirts for extra advertising
  
• Additional tickets can be purchased at the Group Rate.
  
• Your company name and logo will be included in our Game Day Program.
  
• You will have the opportunity to give away promotional products or samples of your business throughout the evening.
  
• When we send out releases promoting that day's game we will include your business as the game's sponsor.
  
• If we advertise the game with a newspaper ad we will include your name/logo as the game's sponsor in the ad.
  
  The second type of sponsorship is through a PROMOTIONAL NIGHT. On a given night a business can provide a specific item to give away to fans entering League stadium. We recommend between 200 and 1000 items be made available and require at least $1,000 in total value to be given away. Items will contain the Bombers name, logo, or likeness as well as the business' name, logo, or trademark. Give away examples include baseballs, hats, t-shirts, mini bats, cozies, frisbees, mini helmets, nerf balls, pennants, and more. If the game will be broadcast on the radio the giveaway will be mentioned in the promotional spots for the game.

  Fireworks Night Sponsorship
  The 4th of July is the biggest night of the year for the Bombers and traditionally is accompanied by fireworks. In 2005, over 2,300 got to see the fireworks display over League Stadium. With the biggest crowd of the year, the opportunity to reach so many people in one setting is never better. Why not give them a memory that will last a lifetime on that special date?
  
  We will broadcast 3-6 games on the WITZ during the season (see Radio Sponsorships). A single stand alone Fireworks sponsor will receive for each game broadcast - 10 radio spots (a total value of $2220). In addition, $1000 worth of tickets for any game of your choice will be provided. Cost of Sponsorship $3,500.00
  
  If no single company is interested then multiple companies may be used with the cost, radio ads and tickets provided adjusted according to the number of companies.
  
  Example: 2 Companies $1750 each including 5 radio spots and $500 worth of tickets
  
  If we are overwhelmed with sponsors we can make other dates available for Fireworks including Opening Night and Fan Appreciation Night.

  Major Corporate Sponsor
  Sponsorship will include:
  For each game broadcast on the radio (a total of 3 to 6 games will be broadcast on WITZ) the
  sponsor will get:
  

  
  
  • 8 30-second day-of-game WITZ radio spots, running from 6 AM to 7 PM and designed to promote the game, the broadcast and your sponsorship
    
  • 5 30-second radio spots during game
    
  • Drop-in ads during each game promoting your business
    
  
  
  For each game at the ballpark, sponsor will get:
  
  • Three public address announcements during games
    
  • Advertisement in game-day programs
    
  
  
  For the season, the corporate sponsor will get:
  
  • Outfield fence sign with your company's logo and message;
    
  • Three Red Chairback Season Tickets
    
  • Corporate night sponsorship of your choice except July 4
    
  • Your logo on all Bombers printed materials, merchandise and uniforms, etc
    
  • Your company's logo on our Website
    
  • Your company will be noted as the Dubois County Bombers’ Corporate Sponsor
