NOTE: All workers under 18 must possess a valid State of Indiana work permit.
Ticket sellers (3) are to assist customers with the selection and purchase of tickets. You may be required to distribute complimentary tickets at the Will Call Window. A strong customer service background is helpful. These workers are responsible for manning the ticket window at all home games. Ticket sellers will be familiar with all of the Bombers' different ticket options. They be friendly, prompt, polite, and exhibit strong customer service skills and interact well with fans. Basic math and cash handling skills are required. Ticket sellers typically work from 5:30 p.m. eastern to the fifth inning on game days.
Merchandise/photo sellers (3) will work the merchandise and photo tables, immediately visible upon entering the front gate. They must be knowledgeable about pricing, ordering options, and availability of all items. These workers are responsible for setting up their stand at home games in a way that is visually appealing to fans. Strong cash handling and customer service skills are a must. Other duties include serving fans as they select different merchandise items, operating a cash register, and assisting fans with check out. You will also help close the gift shop/stand/portable at the end of the game. Should be able to answer simple fan questions in a friendly and polite manner.
Grillers (3)
Grillers are responsible for preparing all meat products used in the concession stand. Previous offerings have included grilled chicken, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, bratwursts, hot dogs, etc. Grillers arrive at 5:40 on home games and grill through the bottom of the seventh inning most nights.

Bartenders (5)
Bartenders are responsible for maintaining the bar areas and serving drinks to fans at home games. Bartenders are to be responsible, friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and organized. In addition to serving alcoholic beverages to fans, the bartender must make sure that their bar area is clean and organized. Bartenders must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid Indiana bartender's permit.

The Bombers reserve rights to change or modify positions. Game day workers are expected to be available for most home dates over the course of the summer. Days off must be requested at least two weeks in advance. Arrival times for most home games is 5:15 p.m. eastern time.
