Fundraising Options
The Bombers have a variety of fundraising options available to community groups and organizations throughout the summer. These options including half-pot and program sales, ticket sales, and more.
Half-Pot and Program Sales:
Groups can sell the half the pot and game day programs at a Bombers game and keep 45% of the half-pot money. Groups must have at least (2) adult chaperones, (3) program sellers, (2) ticket takers, and (4) half-pot ticket sellers. The more people involved the better.
Groups should arrive at League Stadium by 5:40 to receive instruction.Groups are also responsible for the pass out of any promotional items to be given away that night. Half-pot and program sellers are expected to be social, friendly, organized, and enthusiastic to encourage larger sales. All sales will be concluded by the middle of the fifth inning. Groups are free to stay and watch the remainder of the game. What better way to raise money and watch the game afterward?!
Ticket Sales
:
Groups can also sell orange chair back tickets to any Bombers home game. For every $7 ticket sold, the group or organization will keep $3. Groups must sell at least 25 tickets to be eligible.
